In June 2020, my wife Valentina and I, Christos, took the first step towards our dream of owning a café: we started with a small team and a mobile café.
The Nóstimo concept was so well received that in 2021 we opened our very own small café, "Nóstimo Coffee" in downtown Freiburg.
To offer our guests an even higher-quality and truly unique taste experience, we completed the Barista training by The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). There, we learned the fine, artisanal details that make our coffee creations so "nóstimo" today and provide an exceptional flavor experience.
But Nóstimo is much more than that. A specialist in system gastronomy, a graphic designer, a barista—we all share a passion for great coffee and combine our different skills and knowledge to create a unique café experience and atmosphere. We combine our shared passion for excellent coffee with years of experience in the hospitality industry, smooth operations, and an eye for detail. With our casual, friendly, and open-minded approach, we focus on comfort and have created a peaceful oasis in the midst of the city's hustle and bustle.
